IF THE STARS SPOKE TO ME
If the stars spoke to me
and the million of nebulas,
delivered their view
on so many injustices
festering since yesterday
if the sky spoke to me
if it understood my sorrow ...
I would write a comet on that baby blue background
as invincible poet, burning hatred, brave nightingale
I would write that the world cries out for love
Suddenly, lightning and thunder would denounce
the hidden impunity vindicating the insult in full freedom
If the auroras spoke to me
and the singing of sunrises delivered their opinion
about my lost cause on absurd disunion
if the storm spoke to me what relentless gray affront
I would write a comet on that baby blue background
as invincible poet burning hatred, brave nightingale
I would write that the world cries out for love
Suddenly, lightning and thunder would denounce
the hidden impunity vindicating the insult in full freedom
